Unlike typical condominium communities, Worthington Heights offers unattached, single-family homes allowing homeowners more flexibility in their home style and landscaping choices. Children within the community attend Worthington Schools. There are no pools or clubhouses keeping the association fees to a minimum.

As a safety measure and insurance requirement, please remember to clean your dryer vents and chimneys annually.

SHEDS
Sheds will be limited to one shed and must be kept in good condition. Sheds may be added to the unit limited common area. And may be no larger than 6 by 8 by 8. Sheds may not be attached to the home or unit structure to avoid damage to the unit. Sheds must be in the backyard and must be 2 feet from the limited common area line.

Late fees for condo payments as of January 1, 2022, are $50.
